I'm a wife, a mom to three beautiful daughters, an educator and a therapist. My background and experience in mental health therapy began in the Boston area where I provided direct care to child and adult clients both in office and school settings. I hold a special place in my heart for the work I do in Trauma Recovery, specifically uniting, supporting and uplifting women knowing we all thrive from building deep, trusting connections.
